“饮料生产技术”课程思政的建设与实践

Construction and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of“Beverage Production Technology”

摘要 探讨了“饮料生产技术”的课程思政建设理论与实践。首先构建了“饮料生产技术”课程思政体系,全方位进行了课程思政与工作任务融入的系统设计。接着,通过实践探索,将思政元素融入教学内容、创新教学方法与手段,如采用混合式教学模式和利用现代信息技术提升教学效果。最后,讨论了课程思政面临的挑战,并提出了应对策略,展望了课程思政的发展方向。 The theory and practice of ideological and political construction of“Beverage Production Technology”was discussed.First of all,construct the ideological and political education system,and comprehensively design the integration of ideological and political education into the curriculum and work tasks.Then,through practice and exploration,ideological and political elements are integrated into the curriculum,innovative teaching methods and means,using mixed teaching mode and using modern information technology to improve the teaching effect.Finally,the ideological and political challenges of the course are discussed,and the coping strategies are proposed.The development direction of ideological and political education in courses is expected.
