“食品加工与贮运专题”课程思政改革探索和实践——以北京林业大学为例

摘要 在食品加工与安全专业培养中,“食品加工与贮运专题”作为核心专业课程,是实现专业传授与思政育人协同发展的主战场。结合课程特点与本学科科研特色,建立课程教学目标与思政育人目标,深入挖掘“食品加工与贮运专题”思政元素,采用模块式教学模式将课程思政元素有机融入;同时完善教学评价机制,全面提升学生素质。经过课程思政改革,强化“食品加工与贮运专题”课程的育人功能,提升学生的责任感、家国情怀以及专业素养,为相关研究生专业课程思政工作提供参考与借鉴。 In the professional training of food processing and safety,the course“Food Processing,Storage and Transportation Special Topics”serves as a pivotal subject essential for the synchronized development of professional education and ideological and political education.Integrating the unique characteristics of the course with the research features of this discipline,establish both educational and ideological objectives.It delves into the ideological elements of the“Food Processing,Storage and Transportation Special Topics”,incorporating these elements into the curriculum through a modular teaching approach.Concurrently,enhance the teaching evaluation mechanisms to holistically improve student qualities.Through the reform of ideological and political education in the curriculum,the educational function of the“Food Processing,Storage and Transportation Special Topics”course has been strengthened,enhancing students'sense of responsibility and patriotism and professional quality,and providing reference and inspiration for the ideological and political work of related graduate professional courses.
