变形对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金时效析出相的影响

摘要 通过球差校正透射电镜,对相同时效处理工艺下,变形与未变形的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金样品中的纳米析出相进行了形貌、尺寸的统计分析和结构的原子分辨率表征,分析了变形对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金时效析出相演变的影响。结果表明:变形影响后续时效过程中析出相的形貌,使得板条析出相的数量下降,圆形析出相的数量上升。此外,板条析出相的尺寸倾向于在厚度方向增加,长度方向减小。变形导致析出相结构改变,形成多块非连续的局域性的纳米畴。这可能是由于位错切割析出相后析出相部分溶解,继续时效时不同区域生长速率和生长方向改变导致的。 By using aberration corrected transmission electron microscopy,the morphology and size of nano precipitates in deformed and undeformed Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy samples under the same aging treatment process were statistically analyzed,and the atomic resolution characterization of the structure was carried out.The influence of deformation on the evolution of aging precipitates in the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy was analyzed.The results show that deformation affects the morphology of precipitates in the subsequent aging process,making the number of lath-like precipitates decrease and the number of round-like precipitates increase.In addition,the size of lath-like precipitates tends to increase in the thickness direction and decrease in the length direction.The deformation causes changes in the structure of precipitated phases,resulting in the formation of multiple discontinuous localized nanodomains.This may be due to the partial dissolution of the precipitated phase after dislocation cutting of the precipitates,and the change in growth rate and growth direction in different regions during further aging.
