摘要
高熵合金作为一类新型的合金材料,近年来在众多领域引起了广泛关注。与传统合金不同,高熵合金由多种主元组成,特殊的组织结构赋予此类合金优异的综合性能,尤其是优异的高温力学性能。首先介绍了3d过渡金属高熵高温合金(3d-TM HESA)的制备方法,以及相组成及其影响因素;然后概述其室温/高温力学性能和强化机制,并对高温氧化性能与蠕变性能进行总结;最后对高温高熵合金的应用前景进行了展望,并提出了目前所面临的挑战。如何设计新型耐高温高熵合金将是未来研究的热点和难点。
High entropy alloys,as a new type of alloy material,have attracted extensive attention in many fields in recent years.Different from traditional alloys,high entropy alloys are composed of a variety of principal elements,and their special microstructure endows them with excellent comprehensive properties,especially excellent high-temperature mechanical properties.This article first introduces the preparation method of 3d transition metal high entropy superalloy(3d-TM HESA),as well as the phase composition and its influencing factors.Then,not only the mechanical properties and strengthening mechanisms at room temperature/high temperature,but also the high-temperature oxidation properties and creep properties are summarized.Finally,the application prospect of high entropy superalloys is prospected,and the current challenges are proposed.How to design new high entropy superalloys will be a hot-and-difficult topic in future research.
