摘要
公益温泉是指由政府或社会团体提供的不以营利为目的向公众开放的温泉设施,旨在为公众提供健康、休闲和娱乐的温泉设施。合理结合公益温泉与现有温泉资源,既能起到吸引流量的作用,又能提升温泉的知名度,从而提高温泉的口碑和品牌形象并打造浓厚温泉文化氛围。通过文献调查法、实地调查法、抽样调查法,调查云南省6个拥有公益温泉设施的温泉地,统计出5种类型的公益温泉设施;运用对比法将调查地公益温泉现状与国外公益温泉对比找出现存差异。并通过问卷调查法统计分析出人群对公益温泉及其设施满意指数为72.29%。指出了当前云南省温泉地公益温泉及其设施种类多样,配套设施较为齐全,分布较为零散;公益温泉的使用多为当地人群,普及度不广,人群的满意程度较好,但其依旧存在可改进之处。本文针对云南省现有公益温泉存在的问题提出了改进的建议,对未来的公益温泉及设施的建设有一定的参考意义。
Public welfare hot springs refer to hot spring facilities provided by the government or social organiza-tions for the public with non-profit,aiming to provide health,leisure and entertainment facilities for the public.Combining public welfare hot springs with existing hot spring resources rationally can not only attract traffic but also enhance the popularity of hot springs,thereby improving the reputation and brand image of hot springs and creating a rich hot spring cultural atmosphere.Through a literature survey,field investigation,and survey of 6 hot spring sites in Yunnan Province that have public welfare hot spring facilities,the statistical results show 5 types of public welfare hot spring facilities.By using the contrast method,the current situation of public welfare hot springs in the investigation area is compared with that of foreign public welfare hot springs,and different results are obtained.Through the survey analysis method,the satisfaction index of the people towards public welfare hot springs and its facilities is statistically analyzed as 72.29%.The conclusion is that the current public welfare hot springs in Yunnan Province have diverse types,with relatively complete supporting facilities and scattered distri-bution.The use of public welfare hot springs is mostly used by local people,with limited popularity,and the satis-faction level of the people is good,but there are still areas for improvement.Based on the problems existing in the current public welfare hot springs in Yunnan Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions,which has cer-tain reference have for the future construction of public welfare hot springs and facilities.
