X波段表贴式环行器设计

摘要 阐述了一种X波段表贴式环行器的简单设计方法,电路简洁、垂直过渡匹配电路尺寸小。通过三个通孔将环行器微带电路信号端口引到底面与端口线连接,形成表贴结构。为了实现过渡匹配,在微带环行器的三个端口处设计匹配电路。通过仿真优化,在8~12 GHz的频率范围内,器件的插损小于0.8 dB,隔离度大于16 dB,输入端口电压驻波比小于1.4,器件的尺寸为4 mm×4 mm×2.5 mm。 This paper presents a simple design method for an x-band surface mount circulator, which features a simple circuit and a small vertical transition matching circuit size. The signal ports of the microstrip circulator are connected to the bottom surface through three vias to form a surface mount structure. To achieve transition matching, matching circuits are designed at the three ports of the microstrip circulator. Through simulation optimization, within the frequency range of 8 to 12 GHz, the device loss is less than 0.8 dB, the isolation is greater than 16 dB, and the input port standing wave ratio voltage standing wave ratio is less than 1.4. The size of the device is 4 mm×4 mm×2.5 mm.
