己二酸绿色合成的教学实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以30%H2O2为氧源,钨酸钠为催化剂,三辛基甲基硫酸氢铵为相转移催化剂催化氧化环己烯合成己二酸,在回流温度下,反应1 h,己二酸的分离产率(基于环己烯)为48.6%~68.6%。反应中微溶于水的季铵盐相转移剂和水溶性强的钨酸钠催化剂均可回收并重复利用。这是一条合成己二酸的典型绿色途径,克服了目前有机化学实验教材中采用的浓HNO3或KMnO4氧化法存在的污染大、反应时间长和后处理繁杂的缺点。 Adipic acid was synthesized by Na2WO4-catalyzed oxidation of cyclohexene with 30% hydrogen peroxide in the presence of HSO4 as a phase transfer catalyst(PTC).After the reactants are heated at 82~98℃(refluxing temperature) for 1 h,it is observed that the most excellent isolated yield of adipic acid is from 48.6% to 68.6%.Sodium tungstate catalyst and phase transfer catalyst of HSO4 can be reused.Compared with the nitric acid or potassium permanganate oxidation traditional process,which generates the serious environmental pollution,has long time of reaction and process large quantities of waste residue,this is a feasible and green chemical process to prepare adipic acid in teaching experiment.
