摘要
随着装饰工艺、装饰材料的丰富,人们对材料的安全问题越发关注。对建筑装饰施工中常见装饰材料的甲醛释放进行研究,获得绿色安全生活环境具有重要意义。论文通过实验室测定建筑装饰施工常见的壁纸、涂料、地毯和地板等材料的甲醛释浓度,分析不同装饰材料对环境中甲醛浓度影响及相关控制技术。在壁纸研究中无纺布材质较PVA材质甲醛释放量低,在涂料研究中净面漆比乳胶漆的甲醛释放量低,在地毯研究中羊毛混绒小于丙纶小于尼龙的甲醛释放。为此得出甲醛释放与装饰的用材相关的结论,选用无纺布、净面漆等标准严格的建材更安全,可采用通风、净化器等方法降低室内甲醛含量。
With the increasing variety of decorative techniques and materials,people are paying more attention to the safety of materials.it is important to study the release of formaldehyde from common decorative materials used in building decoration construction in order to obtain methods for controlling formaldehyde and creating a green and safe living environment.The formaldehyde release concentration of common decorative materials used in building decoration construction,such as wallpaper,paint,carpet,and floor tiles,was determined through laboratory tests.In the study of wallpaper,non-woven fabric material had lower formaldehyde release than PVA material,in the study of paint,the formaldehyde release of clear lacquer was lower than that of latex paint,and in the study of carpet,wool blend was lower than polypropylene and nylon in terms of formaldehyde release.Formaldehyde release is related to the materials used for decoration,and using materials such as non-woven fabric and clear lacquer with strict standards is safer,ventilation and air purifiers can be used to reduce indoor formaldehyde content.
