摘要
纺织品中的有害化学物质对儿童健康构成潜在威胁,其暴露风险与儿童生理脆弱性及行为特征高度关联。系统梳理纺织品中致癌致突变物质、内分泌干扰物质、重金属及其他风险物质的来源与迁移路径,揭示其通过皮肤接触、口腔摄入及呼吸暴露对儿童神经发育、内分泌系统及免疫功能的损害机制。提出生产端绿色替代技术革新、监管标准升级及消费者行为干预的协同控制策略,强调建立全生命周期风险管理体系的必要性,以期为儿童纺织品安全标准的优化及跨学科治理框架的构建提供理论支撑,对推动行业可持续发展具有重要的实践价值。
Harmful chemicals in textiles pose a potential threat to children’s health,and their exposure risk is highly correlated with children’s physiological vulnerability and behavioral characteristics.The sources and migration pathways of carcinogenic and mutagenic substances,endocrine-disrupting substances,heavy metals and other risk substances in textiles were systematically sorted out,and the damage mechanisms they cause to children’s neurodevelopment,endocrine system and immune function through skin contact,oral intake and respiratory exposure were revealed.A collaborative control strategy for green alternative technology innovation at the production end,upgrading of regulatory standards and intervention of consumer behavior is proposed.The necessity of establishing a full life cycle risk management system is emphasized,with the aim of providing theoretical support for the optimization of safety standards for children’s textiles and the construction of a cross-disciplinary governance framework,which has significant practical value for promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
