摘要
干燥综合征患者干眼症状高发,影响患者生命质量,且缺乏中西医结合诊疗建议。为提供干燥综合征相关干眼(SSX)循证医学证据和专家建议,共识项目组按照临床实践指南制定规范制定了SSX中西医结合诊疗专家共识。该专家共识在SSX的中西医结合诊断、辨证、评估、治疗和生活方式5方面提供了建议,旨在推广SSX可行的中西医结合诊疗方案,规范SSX的中西医结合临床诊疗实践,提高SSX的诊疗水平。
Patients with Sj gren′s syndrome have a high prevalence of xerophthalmia symptoms,which affects patients′quality of life.In addition,there is a lack of recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment through the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.To provide evidence-based medical evidence and expert recommendations for Sj gren′s syndrome-related xerophthalmia(SSX),the Consensus Project Group developed an expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of SSX through the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in accordance with clinical practice guidelines.The expert consensus provides recommendations on five aspects of SSX:diagnosis,syndrome recognition,assessment,treatment,and lifestyle.It aims to promote feasible diagnosis and treatment options for SSX that integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine,standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment practice of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in SSX,and improve the diagnosis and treatment level of SSX.
