Jurisprudence serves as both the justification for legal norms,the logical theory behind legal provisions,and the rationale for legal practice.Analyzing the jurisprudential foundations of Judicial Interpretation(II)of the Marriage and Family Part of the Civil Code helps ensure a correct understanding and application of its provisions.At the jurisprudential level,Judicial Interpretation(Ⅱ)of the Marriage and Family Part of the Civil Code adheres to the principles of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law,which prioritizes the people’s interests as its judicial principle.It upholds fairness and justice as the judicial baseline,practices and promotes socialist core values as its judicial purpose,and emphasizes family virtues,traditions,and education as its judicial foundation.Additionally,it safeguards public order and good morals in the new era as its judicial guideline,ensures the stability of the socialist market economy as its judicial value,implements fair and efficient dispute resolution to establish judicial authority,and protects the legitimate rights and interests of special social groups,highlighting its judicial function.
