摘要
为监测矿业城市发展的动态变化情况并了解影响矿业城市发展的作用机理,以典型煤炭资源型城市七台河为研究对象,采用均方差决策法和线性求和法计算城市发展综合指数,以表征城市发展程度,通过构建偏最小二乘回归模型识别影响城市发展的主要驱动因素,并分析驱动因素与城市发展之间的相关关系。结果表明,七台河市的发展是扩张与收缩交替并存的,城市发展主要受工业产值、第二产业、人均道路面积、城镇居民人均可支配收入和第三产业的影响。该研究结果可以为七台河市的发展规划制定提供科学参考依据。
This paper focuses on monitoring the dynamic changes of the development of mining cities and learning the mechanism that affects the development of mining cities.By taking Qitaihe,a typical resource-based city,as the research object,the study involves calculating the comprehensive index of urban development by means of mean square error decision-making method and linear summation method for representing the degree of urban development,identifying the main driving factors affecting urban development by constructing partial least squares regression model,and analyzing the correlation between driving factors and urban development.The results show that the development of Qitaihe city is the coexistence of expansion and contraction,and the urban development is mainly influenced by industrial output value,secondary industry,per-capita road area,per-capita disposable income of urban residents and tertiary industry.The research results can provide scientific reference for the development planning of Qitaihe city.
