摘要
双级无底锤式破碎机是一种高性能的矿山机械设备,特别适用于处理硬度适中、湿度较大的各类固体废弃物和矿石材料,被大量应用于冶金行业、水泥厂、电厂等各个行业。文章针对块状物料破碎用双级无底破碎机,概述了双级无底锤式破碎机的原理及结构。同时,从锤头和转子两方面分析了其使用过程中的常见故障,并提出了相应的改进措施,从而对双级无底锤式破碎机的日常维护和保养具有一定的指导意义。
Two-stage bottomless hammer crusher is a kind of high-performance mining machinery equipment,which is especially suitable for dealing with various kinds of solid waste and ore materials with moderate hardness and high humidity,and is widely used in metallurgical industry,cement plant,power plant and other industries.This paper outlines the principle and structure of the two-stage bottomless hammer crusher for block material crushing.At the same time,the causes of common faults in the use process are analyzed from two aspects of hammer head and rotor,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward,which has certain guiding signifi cance for the daily maintenance and care of the two-stage bottomless hammer crusher.
