摘要
为解决煤矿采煤工作面穿越断层区域时遇到的地层失稳、水体突入等问题,文章结合具体矿井,深入探讨了注浆材料的适应性、注浆工艺优化方案及其加固效果评估方法,同时对比了四种注浆材料的特性,选择了普通单液水泥浆和聚氨酯类浆液,并运用帷幕注浆浅孔布置及“两堵一注”封孔方法指导施工。结果显示,应用注浆加固技术显著提升了围岩强度和稳定性,提高了煤矿采煤工作面的安全性和效率。
In order to solve the problems of stratum instability and water inrush encountered when the coal mining face crosses the fault area,aiming at the grouting reinforcement technology,this paper deeply discusses the adaptability of grouting materials,the optimization scheme of grouting process and the evaluation method of reinforcement effect.At the same time,the characteristics of four kinds of grouting materials are compared,and the single liquid cement slurry and polyurethane slurry are selected,and the curtain grouting shallow hole layout and"two plugs and one injection"hole sealing method are used.The results show that the application of grouting reinforcement technology signifi cantly improves the strength and stability of surrounding rock,and improves the safety and effi ciency of coal mining face.
