黄酮类中药单体对多囊卵巢综合征信号通路的调控作用

Regulatory Effects of Flavonoid Monomers from Chinese Herbal Medicines in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Signaling Pathways

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是女性常见的生殖代谢紊乱性疾病,严重危害育龄期女性健康。中药单体是从传统中药中提取的天然有机化合物,具有多重生物活性。近年来研究发现,黄酮类中药单体通过调控PCOS的多条信号通路磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/AKT)、Janus激酶/信号转导与转录激活子(JAK/STAT)、AMP依赖的蛋白激酶(AMPK)、促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶(MAPK)、核因子kappa-B(NF-κB)等发挥抗炎、抗氧化、免疫增强及激素调节的作用;此外,黄酮类中药单体还能减轻胰岛素抵抗、改善糖脂代谢,并减轻卵巢炎症和纤维化等损伤,从而达到治疗PCOS及其并发症的目的。 Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common reproductive and metabolic disorder that severely affects the health of women of reproductive age.Monomers from Chinese herbal medicines are natural organic compounds extracted from traditional Chinese herbs,and they possess multiple biological activities.Recent studies have shown that flavonoid monomers from Chinese herbal medicines exert anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,immune-enhancing,and hormone-regulating effects by modulating several signaling pathways involved in PCOS,including phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/AKT),Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK/STAT),AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB).Additionally,flavonoid monomers from Chinese herbal medicines can alleviate insulin resistance,improve glucose and lipid metabolism,and reduce ovarian inflammation and fibrosis,thus achieving therapeutic effects on PCOS and its complications.
