Body and Object:The Explication of Modern Children’s Toys Thingness

摘要 现代儿童玩具作为人工制物,具有典型的现代性。其色彩、构型、材质均有独立的运作机制:色彩是一种风格化的色调氛围;构型是面向普遍儿童的操作程序;材质则以在现代制物中广泛应用的塑胶为主。物性的虚化意味着玩具已经转变为一个全能的符号,其社会活动的核心在于对现代教育愿景与理想童年景观的拟像。而在这场拟像实践中,真实的物与身体均是缺席的,玩具的教育实践亦是虚假的。以玩具为基础的现代教育想要回归儿童生活,重建玩具与儿童的亲密关系,首先需要恢复玩具的“切身性”。玩具需要被儿童完整地感知,才能与之建立起切身性关联并持续发挥其教育影响。 Modern toys are a kind of artifact which has their own typical modernity.The colors,structures and materials of toys also have their own operation mechanism.The colors of toys are becoming some kinds of tonal styles,structures are evolving into a common operational procedure for children,and the main material of toys is plastic cement which has been used widely in artifacts.Toys have changed to be a kind of symbol;the core of their social activities is imitating the modern educational vision and the ideal childhood spectacle.At the toys imitational activities,the real objects and children’s bodies are both absent.And the educational practice of toys is also fictitious.If we hope modern education which based on toys could come back to children’s lives,then rebuild an intimate relationship between children and toys,we should let toys come back to personal space first.Toys will reveal their effect on education only when they are apperceived and accepted by children.
