类风湿关节炎骨破坏中自噬调控破骨细胞的作用及机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自噬是细胞自身新陈代谢的一种方式,通过吞噬自身细胞质蛋白或细胞器与溶酶体融合形成自噬体以实现能量利用及细胞器更新。功能失调的自噬参与了多种自身免疫疾病的发生与发展,如类风湿关节炎(RA)。关节损伤及骨破坏是RA的主要表现,而破骨细胞(OC)过度分化及活化导致的骨吸收是RA骨破坏的中心环节,在此过程中自噬发挥关键作用。现就RA中自噬调控OC的作用及机制进行阐述。 Autophagy is a way of cell metabolism.By swallowing its own cytoplasmic protein or organelles and fusion with lysosomes,autophagy is formed to achieve energy utilization and organelle renewal.Autophagy with dysfunction is involved in the occurrence and development of multiple autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Joint injury and bone destruction are the main manifestations of RA,and bone absorption caused by excessive differentiation and activation of osteoclast(OC)is the central link of RA bone destruction,and autophagy plays a key role in this process.This article reviews the role and mechanism of autophagy regulating OC in RA.
