摘要
目的:探究D-二聚体和白细胞介素-6在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的表达水平及其与肠道菌群的相关性。方法:选取我院2021年2月至2023年11月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者72例为观察组,选取同期于我院体检健康者72名为对照组,比较2组患者D-二聚体和白细胞介素-6水平以及肠道菌群分布情况,并采用Spearman相关性分析D-二聚体和白细胞介素-6水平与肠道菌群的相关性。结果:观察组患者D-二聚体水平和白细胞介素-6水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者肠道厚壁菌、变形菌、梭菌丰度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),放线菌丰度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析发现D-二聚体水平和肠道的厚壁菌、变形菌、梭菌均呈正相关(r=0.854、0.547、0.949,P均<0.05),与放线菌成负相关(r=-0.953,P<0.05),白细胞介素-6水平和肠道的厚壁菌、变形菌、梭菌均呈正相关(r=0.832、0.564、0.929,P均<0.05),与放线菌成负相关(r=-0.935,P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者血清D-二聚体和白细胞介素-6水平显著升高,肠道菌群分布情况明显变化,且血清D-二聚体和白细胞介素-6水平和肠道菌群分布情况显著相关。
Objective To investigate the expression levels of D-dimer and interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)and their correlation with intestinal flora.Methods Total 72 patients with UC admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 72 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of D-dimer and IL-6 and the distribution of intestinal flora were compared between the two groups.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the levels of D-dimer and IL-6 and intestinal flora.Results The levels of D-dimer and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The abundance of firmicutes,proteobacteria and clostridium in intestinal tract of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the abundance of actinobacteria was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the level of D-dimer was positively correlated with firmicutes,proteobacteria and clostridium(r=0.854,0.547 and 0.949,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with actinomycetes(r=-0.953,P<0.05).The level of IL-6 was positively correlated with firmicutes,proteobacteria and clostridium(r=0.832,0.564 and 0.929,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with actinomycetes(r=-0.935,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of D-dimer and IL-6 in patients with UC are significantly increased,and the distribution of intestinal flora changes significantly.The serum levels of D-dimer and IL-6 are significantly correlated with the distribution of intestinal flora.
