肥胖儿童及青少年的血清25-羟维生素D和骨钙素与体成分和糖脂代谢的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and osteocalcin with body composition and glucose and lipid metabolism in obese children and adolescents

摘要 目的分析肥胖儿童、青少年的血清25-羟维生素D[25-hydroxy vitamin D,25-(OH)D]、骨钙素(osteocalcin,OC)与体成分、糖脂代谢的相关性。方法回顾性分析2019年3月至2022年3月吉安市妇幼保健院收治的76例肥胖患者的临床资料。患者入院后检查体成分、糖脂代谢,比较血清25-(OH)D缺乏患者与血清25-(OH)D非缺乏患者体成分、糖脂代谢与OC,Pearson分析血清25-(OH)D与体成分、糖脂代谢指标、OC的相关性,及OC与患者体成分、糖脂代谢指的相关性。结果血清25-(OH)D缺乏患者体质量大于25-(OH)D非缺乏患者,体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、体脂率及空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、OC水平均高于25-(OH)D非缺乏患者,25-(OH)D水平低于血清25-(OH)D非缺乏患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson分析结果显示,血清25-(OH)D水平与体质量、BMI、体脂率、FBG均呈负相关(P<0.05),OC与体质量、BMI、体脂率、FBG均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论肥胖儿童、青少年的血清25-(OH)D、OC与体成分、糖脂代谢存在相关性,因此,需加强相关指标监测,并采取相应的干预措施,可积极防控潜在的疾病风险。 Objective To analyze the correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D(25-[OH]D),osteocalcin(OC),and body composition,glucose and lipid metabolism in obese children and adolescents.Methods The clinical data of 76 obese patients admitted to Ji'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The body composition,glucose and lipid metabolism were examined after admission,the body composition,glucose and lipid metabolism and OC were compared between patients with 25-(OH)D deficiency and patients without 25-(OH)D deficiency.Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between 25-(OH)D and body composition,glucose and lipid metabolism index,OC,and the correlation between OC and body composition,glucose and lipid metabolism index.Results The body mass of patients with 25-(OH)D deficiency was higher than that of patients with serum 25-(OH)D non-deficiency,the body mass index(BMI),body fat rate,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and OC levels were higher than those of patients with 25-(OH)D non-deficiency,the level of 25-(OH)D was lower than that of patients with 25-(OH)D non-deficiency,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that 25-(OH)D was negatively correlated with body weight,BMI,body fat rate and FBG(P<0.05),and OC was positively correlated with body weight,BMI,body fat rate and FBG(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum 25-(OH)D and OC in obese children and adolescents are correlated with body composition and glucose and lipid metabolism,therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of relevant indicators and take corresponding intervention measures to actively prevent and control potential disease risks.
