摘要
推进产业智能化、数字化发展,全面提升新质生产力,是我国工业专业的重点战略方向。但是当前工程教育体系中,仍存在产业需求与人才结构匹配度欠佳、实际工作需求与知识结构契合度不足以及人才培养质量标准尚待统一界定等问题。针对上述问题,文章提出调整学科专业设置、对标产业需求导向、完善教育管理体系等面向未来产业的“新质生产力”工程人才培养体系的构建路径,旨在通过优化教育体系,为中国走上新型工业化道路提供坚实的人才支撑。
Promoting the intelligent and digital development of industries and comprehensively enhancing new-quality productivity is a key strategic direction for China's industrial specialties.However,in the current engineering education system,there still exist problems such as a poor match between industrial demands and the talent structure,insufficient alignment between actual job requirements and the knowledge structure,and the need for a unified definition oftalent training quality standards.In response to the above mentioned problems,this paper proposes construction paths for an engineering talent training system for"new quality productivity"in future-oriented industries,such as adjusting the setting of disciplines and majors,aligning with the orientation of industrial demands,and improving the education management system.The aim is to provide solid talent support for China's new path of industrialization by optimizing the education system.
