摘要
新质生产力以未来产业为主要载体和重要支撑,加快形成新质生产力,必然要求构建能够适应和促进未来产业高质量发展的产业政策体系和发展环境。在研究新质生产力背景下,未来产业的内涵特征,探究新质生产力形成与未来产业培育之间双向互动的内在机制,梳理分析上海、广东、江苏等典型省(市)未来产业创新发展实践的基础上,探索提出浙江优化提升未来产业培育的思路举措,以期为新阶段浙江未来产业发展提供借鉴启示。
New quality productivity with future industries as the main carrier and important support,We will accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces,It is necessary to build an industrial policy system and development environment that can adapt to and promote the high-quality development of future industries.This paper studies the connotation and characteristics of future industries under the background of new quality productivity and explores the internal mechanism of two-way interaction between the formation of new quality productivity and the cultivation of future industries.Based on the analysis of future industrial innovation and development practices in Shanghai,Guangdong,Jiangsu and other typical provinces(cities),To explore and put forward ideas and measures to optimize and improve the future industry cultivation in Zhejiang under the new situation and new characteristics,in order to provide reference for the future industrial development of Zhejiang.
