摘要
目的探讨创新型防烫伤治疗巾在隔药饼灸中医操作中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年6月就诊于我科门诊的130例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各65例。对照组予以隔药饼灸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用创新型防烫伤治疗巾,对比观察2组患者烫伤率及满意率情况。结果对照组烫伤率为12.3%,研究组烫伤率为1.5%,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组患者满意率为84.6%,研究组患者满意率为96.9%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论创新型防烫伤治疗巾能有效降低隔药饼灸治疗中的烫伤发生率,显著提高患者的满意率,减少了医疗风险和医患矛盾的发生,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of innovative anti-scald treatment towel in traditional Chinese medicine operation.Methods 130 patients with chronic gastritis of Spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type were selected from January to June 2018. They were randomly divided into control group and research group,65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The research group was treated with innovative anti-scald treatment towel on the basis of the control group.The scald rates and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared and observed. Results The burning rate of the control group was 12.3%,and that of the study group was 1.5%,the burning rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the control group was 84.6%,and that of the study group was 96.9%,the satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative anti-scald treatment towel can effectively reduce the incidence of burns in the treatment of separated cake moxibustion,significantly improve the patient’s satisfaction rate,suggesting that the innovative anti-scald treatment towel promotes the quality improvement of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the separated cake moxibustion. The occurrence of medical risks and contradictions is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
