摘要
通过扎根理论和NVivo软件对15所德国应用科技大学的使命宣言进行分析,提炼出教育模式、国际化与社会责任、实践与研究、教育资源与环境四个方面的15个显著特征。这些特征为我国本科层次职业院校深化校企合作、推动跨学科融合、注重个性化教育、强化国际化与可持续发展教育等提供了有益启示,对提升院校办学质量与学生综合素质提高有一定的借鉴意义。
Grounded theory and NVivo software are used to analyze the mission statements of 15 German universities of applied sciences,identifying 15 significant characteristics in four areas:educational model,internationalization and social responsibility,practice and research,and educational resources and environment.These characteristics provide helpful enlightenments for the development of undergraduate vocational colleges in China,including deepening school-enterprise cooperation,promoting interdisciplinary integration,emphasizing personalized education,and strengthening internationalization and sustainable development education,aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of college education and students'overall competence.
