摘要
通过对2511条网络招聘信息进行分析,深入探讨了浙江省就业市场对跨境电商人才岗位胜任力的具体需求。研究发现,从整体岗位胜任力结构来看,“软实力”需求略高于“硬实力”;在岗位胜任力的关系上,核心能力之间存在较强的关联性;在具体岗位的胜任力需求上,呈现出多元复合化的趋势。基于研究发现,对跨境电商人才的高等教育培养、职业培训以及人才培养培训反馈机制提出了相应的建议。
Through analyzing 2511 pieces of online recruitment information,this research deeply explores the specific demands of the job market for job competency of cross-border e-commerce talents in Zhejiang Province.The study finds that from the overall structure of job competency,“soft power”demand is slightly higher than“hard power”;in the relationship between competencies,there is a strong correlation between core competencies;in the specific demands of job competency,a trend of diversification and complexity is presented.Based on the research findings,suggestions are proposed for cross-border e-commerce talents in higher education cultivation,vocational training,and talent training feedback mechanisms.
