摘要
随着经济的发展,企业对于跨境电商人才的需求不断增加。文章基于社会需求,运用扎根理论,结合新安人才网招聘信息,对安徽省高职院校跨境电商专业毕业生的职业胜任力进行了归纳、提炼和分析,凝练出特质、知识和技能三个跨境电商人才职业胜任力要素,其中特质因素居于职业胜任力首位。
With the development of economy,the demand of enterprises for cross-border e-commerce talents is increasing.Based on the social needs,this paper uses Grounded Theory and recruitment information of Xin’an talent network to summarize,refine and analyze the vocational competency of cross-border e-commerce graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges of Anhui Province,and condenses three elements of cross-border e-commerce talents’vocational competency:characteristics,knowledge and skills,among which the characteristics are the first.
