摘要
随着现代农业的快速发展,蔬菜作为人们日常饮食的重要组成部分,其质量安全问题日益受到关注。为有效防治蔬菜的病虫害,农药被广泛应用于蔬菜种植当中,但不当使用会导致农药残留问题,严重影响蔬菜的质量安全及人体健康。本文对蔬菜中农药残留产生原因进行分析,并进一步对蔬菜农药残留的检测方法进行了深入探讨,以期为蔬菜种植、质量安全监管及消费者健康提供理论支持和实践指导。
With the rapid development of modern agriculture,the quality and safety of vegetables,as an important part of people’s daily diet,is a matter of increasing concern.In order to effectively prevent and control pests and diseases of vegetables,pesticides are widely used in vegetable cultivation,but improper use will lead to pesticide residue problems,which seriously affect the quality and safety of vegetables and human health.This paper analyses the causes of pesticide residues in vegetables and further discusses the detection methods of pesticide residues in vegetables in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for vegetable cultivation,quality and safety supervision and consumer health.
