摘要
药食同源品质量研究是确保其食用品质和药效的重要手段,为明晰黄精近年来质量研究领域的演进态势,采用文献计量技术对领域知识进行图谱可视化分析。结果显示,该领域发文量呈现上升趋势,在研究机构与作者合作方面,仍需要加强交流,研究关键词突现大致呈现出自质量分析、质量标准、质量评价、质量控制、化学成分、产地和炮制工艺研究的演化趋势。研究揭示了我国黄精质量研究重点与动态趋势,可为相关领域学者进一步开展药食同源品质量研究提供参考。
The quality research of medicinal and edible homologous products is an important means to ensure their edible quality and efficacy.In order to clarify the evolution trend of the quality research field of Polygonati Rhizoma in recent years,bibliometric techniques were used to visualize the domain knowledge.The results show that the number of publications in this field is on the rise.In terms of collaboration between research institutions and authors,there is still a need to strengthen communication.The emergence of research keywords generally presents an evolutionary trend from quality analysis,quality standards,quality evaluation,quality control,chemical composition,origin,and processing technology research.The research has revealed the key points and dynamic trends of quality research on Polygonati Rhizoma in China,which can provide reference for scholars in related fields to further carry out quality research on medicinal and edible products.
