摘要
我国有超过25%的老人佩戴假牙。为满足老年用户对假牙清洁产品的使用需求,文章基于用户体验理论,探索老人假牙清洁产品的设计思路,并进行设计实践。首先,通过构建用户画像和用户旅程图,分析汇总老人对假牙清洁产品的使用需求。其次,根据相关需求,发放KANO问卷,并结合数据结果对用户满意需求度进行划分与排序。最后,从用户体验理论的三个层次制定设计策略,以期为相关产品的设计提供可借鉴思路。
More than 25%of elderly people in our country wear dentures.To meet the needs of elderly users for denture cleaning products,this article explores the design ideas of denture cleaning products for the elderly based on user experience theory and conducts design practice.Firstly,by constructing user profiles and user journey diagrams,analyze and summarize the usage needs of elderly people for denture cleaning products.Secondly,based on relevant requirements,distribute KANO questionnaires and classify and rank user satisfaction needs according to the data results.Finally,design strategies are formulated from the three levels of user experience theory in order to provide reference ideas for the design of related products.
