摘要
为平衡大规模定制生产中顾客满意度与产品维护成本之间的矛盾,提出了一种基于Kano模型的个性化需求获取方法。该方法首先运用Kano模型结合模糊聚类方法,对个性化需求进行识别与筛选,构建了产品的个性化需求层次模型;然后运用熵值法结合Kano模型,计算层次模型底层个性化需求项的权重,确定了个性化需求项的重要度排序。最后以手机产品为例,证明了所述方法的可行性和有效性。
To balance the contradiction between customers' satisfaction and costs of product maintenance in mass customization,a novel method of acquiring individual demand based on Kano model is proposed.First,it uses Kano model combined with fuzzy clustering method to identify and screen individual demand,and build the individual demand hierarchy model of product.Then it uses entropy method combined with Kano model to calculate the weight of the individual demand items of the bottom of the hierarchy model,and determines the importance order of the individual demand items.Finally,an example of mobile phone is used to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method described.
