摘要
崇明岛作为上海市的后花园,不仅拥有良好的生态资源禀赋,同时还有众多的非遗文化留存。为探寻上海游客对崇明非遗文化的感知,该文筛选了崇明岛的三大非遗类景点景区,并运用八爪鱼云采集器在携程、大众点评和去哪儿上的游客有效评论共计1592条。运用ROSTCM6.0展开文本挖掘,从而得出结论:上海游客对崇明岛的整体感知较弱,非遗旅游不是其出行主要动机。崇明非遗项目中,崇明土布的认知度较高。游客对崇明岛非遗类景点的积极情绪占3/5,但满意程度一般;消极情绪占1/5,主要体现在体验感差、没有吸引力、基础设施不完善及整体性价比不高几个方面。
Chongming Island,as the back garden of Shanghai,not only has a good endowment of ecological resources,but also has many intangible cultural heritage.In order to explore the perception of Shanghai tourists on"intangible cultural heritage"in Chongming,this paper selects three major intangible cultural heritage scenic spots on Chongming Island,and uses Octopus Cloud to collect a total of 1592 valid comments from tourists on Ctrip,Dianping and Qunar.Finally,ROSTCM6 is used to carry out text mining,and the conclusion is drawn.Shanghai tourists'overall perception of Chongming Island is weak,and intangible cultural heritage tourism is not their main motivation.Among the intangible heritage projects in Chongming,the recognition degree of Chongming native fabric is higher;the positive emotion of visitors to the intangible cultural heritage scenic spots in Chongming Island accounted for 60%,but the satisfaction degree was general;negative emotions account for 1/5,mainly reflected in the poor experience,unattractiveness,incomplete infrastructure and the overall cost performance is not high.In view of this,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.
