高校图书馆微信公众号运营现状分析及对策研究——以安徽省公办本科高校为例

An Analysis of the Current Operation Status of WeChat Official Accounts of University Libraries and Countermeasures——Taking the Public Universities in Anhui Province as Examples

摘要 该文以安徽省公办本科高校图书馆的微信公众号为实例,通过网络调研详细统计账号的基础信息,采集微信公众号推文的详细数据,并结合微信传播指数,深入分析账号的传播效果、推文特征及发布规律。在此基础上,运用内容分析法和比较研究法,对安徽省高校图书馆微信公众号的运营现状进行全面评估,针对账号基本信息不完善、宣传力度弱、整体传播力度不足、影响力参差不齐、原创内容匮乏、推文同质化现象严重、推送形式单一及推送时间不固定等问题,提出运营建议:规范微信平台建设,开拓传播路径;加强运营团队建设,完善推送机制;丰富推文形式,提升推文质量。 Taking the WeChat official accounts of public undergraduate university libraries in Anhui Province as examples,this article conducts a detailed online survey of the basic information of these accounts,collects detailed data on public number posts,and combines the WeChat Communication Index to deeply analyze the communication effects,post characteristics,and posting patterns of these accounts.Based on this,using content analysis and comparative research methods,this article comprehensively evaluates the current operation status of the WeChat official accounts of university libraries in Anhui Province.In response to issues such as incomplete basic account information,weak promotional efforts,insufficient overall communication strength of the WeChat official accounts,uneven influence,lack of original content,severe homogenization of posts,monotonous posting formats,and irregular posting times,the following operational suggestions are proposed:standardize the construction of the WeChat platform and explore new communication channels;strengthen the operation team,improve the posting mechanism;enrich the forms of posts and enhance their quality.
