摘要
在全球制造业高速发展的大背景下,高性能弹簧作为重型机械与精密设备所需的关键器件,其需求量不断增加,性能要求也不断提高。提升弹簧钢的强度以及延长其使用寿命,是当前国内外学者对高强度弹簧钢的研究重点。本文根据当前弹簧钢的研究现状,分别从弹簧钢的热处理工艺、表面改性及强化等方面进行了阐述,分析了第一性原理在弹簧钢研究中的重要性,总结了弹簧钢高强度化的国内外研究现状及弹簧钢的发展趋势,为高性能弹簧钢的发展提供理论支撑和技术参考。
With the rapid development of the global manufacturing industry,as a key component of heavy machinery and precision equipment,the demand for high performance spring increases,and the performance requirements improve.Strengthening the strength of spring steel and prolonging its service life are the research focus of high strength spring steel in China and foreign countries.According to the current research status of spring steel,the heat treatment technology,surface modification and strengthening of spring steel are expounded,and the importance of first principles in the research of spring steel were analyzed.The research status of high strength spring steel in China and foreign countries and the development trend of spring steel were summarized,which provided theoretical support and technical reference for the development of high performance spring steel.
