食品安全直接关系公众的健康与生命安全,本文分析了食品安全监督抽检工作的价值和现状,并探讨了食品安全监督抽检工作实践优化要点,涉及制订均衡全面的抽检计划、开展智慧抽检探索等内容,希望能够为食品安全监管人员带来一定启发。
Food safety is directly related to the health and life safety of the public.This article briefly analyzes the value and current situation of food safety supervision and random inspection work,and delves into the key points for optimizing the practice of food safety supervision and random inspection,including the formulation of balanced and comprehensive inspection plans,the exploration of intelligent inspection,etc.It is hoped that this will bring some inspiration to food safety regulators.
