摘要
人体在处于高强度训练状态时,对营养元素的需求具有一定的特殊性,因此需要在训练期间为其补充合理、足够的营养元素。但在实际的高强度训练营养补充工作中,依旧存在许多问题,对训练效果带来负面影响,使得训练成效不尽如人意。因此,需要对高强度训练营养补充中存在的问题进行分析,改变当前的营养补充策略,为运动员提供可靠的营养支撑,促进竞技体育的发展。本文将简要分析高强度训练中主要需要补充的营养,并对主要问题展开探讨,提出有效对策。
When the human body is in a high-intensity training state,the demand for nutritional elements has a certain particularity,so it is necessary to supplement reasonable and sufficient nutritional elements during training.But in the actual high-intensity training nutrition supplement work,there are still many problems,which have a negative impact on the training effect,making the training effect unsatisfactory.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in high-intensity training nutrition supplement,change the current nutrition supplement strategy,provide reliable nutrition support for athletes,and promote the development of competitive sports.This paper will briefly analyze the main nutrition needed to supplement in high-intensity training,and explore the main problems,and put forward effective countermeasures.
