摘要
新质生产力是以科技创新为主导的生产力质态,发展农业新质生产力是推动农业高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点。文章从实证研究的角度,凝练总结了加快农业科技成果转化赋能河南乡村产业振兴的主要模式,包括以促进农业全产业链发展为特点的“正阳花生”模式、以培育知名农产品品牌为特点的“兰考蜜瓜”模式、以发展订单农业为特点的“延津小麦”模式,以及着力做好“土特产”文章的西峡“菌果药”模式,从坚持产业需求导向、注重技术集成应用、打造知名农业品牌等方面研究提出了加快科技成果转化发展农业新质生产力,促进乡村产业振兴的经验启示,为加快建设农业强国、助推乡村全面振兴提供有益借鉴。
The new quality productivity is a state of productivity dominated by technological innovation.Developing the new quality productivity in agriculture is an inherent requirement and a key focus for promoting high-quality agricultural development.From the perspective of empirical research,this article summarized the main models for accelerating the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements to empower the revitalization of rural industries in Henan.These models include the"Zhengyang Peanut"model characterized by promoting the development of the entire agricultural industry chain,the"Lankao Melon"model focused on cultivating well-known agricultural product brands,the"Yanjin Wheat"model characterized by developing contract agriculture,and the Xixia"Mushroom-Fruit-Medicine"model which emphasizes the development of local specialty products.The article studied and proposed experience enlightenment on accelerating the transformation of science and technology achievements to develop the new quality productivity in agriculture and promote the revitalization of rural industries from aspects such as adhering to the orientation of industrial demand,focusing on the integrated application of technology,and building well-known agricultural brands.It provides beneficial references for accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country and boosting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
