摘要
高效可靠的健康管理是未来大规模星座长期健康稳定运行的关键。当前,以单星为对象的航天器健康管理主要通过地面遥测数据分析实现,对大规模星座适用性不足。由于大规模星座具有节点规模大、交互关系复杂、数据异构海量等特点,其健康管理面临地面运维任务繁重、星地测控数传资源不足、通用故障模型库构建难度大等新挑战。针对这些挑战与问题,提出大规模星座健康管理星地一体化架构设计、星载高效故障诊断与预警、星座健康孪生评估与推演等关键技术,并对各项技术的内涵和难点展开分析。最后从科研投入、发展路线、顶层设计、新技术等方面,对我国大规模星座健康管理技术后续发展提出了若干建议。
Efficient and reliable health management is the key to the long-term healthy operation of large scale constellations.At present,the health management of spacecraft focusing on individual satellites is realized mainly through ground telemetry data analysis,which is unsuitable for large-scale constellations.In addressing the challenges of constellation nodes and data scale,as well as the problems of heavy operation and maintenance tasks at the ground center,insufficient satellite-to-ground telemetry and control(T&C)resources,and the difficulty in constructing a general fault model library,key technologies such as satellite-earth integrated architecture design,on-board fault diagnosis and early warning,and constellation health twin evaluation are proposed,accompanied by a thorough analysis of the essence and difficulties of each technology.Recommendations regarding scientific research investment,development path,top-level designs and new technologies are put forward.
