摘要
结合基于模型知识的诊断推理方法和键合图理论在定性建模方面的优点,提出并研究了液体火箭发动机基于定性键合图模型的故障诊断方法。以某大型泵压式液体火箭发动机为研究对象,建立了其定性键合图模型,给出了基于此类定性模型的故障诊断机制,并利用仿真数据验证了诊断结果,对该方法及其结果进行了详细的分析。研究结果表明,该方法具有诊断快速有效和易实现的优点。
By the integration of the qualitative-model-based diagnosis method and the bond-graph theory that is effective on modeling dynamic systems, a qualitative bond-based fault diagnosis method for a large turbo-pump fed liquid-propellant rocket engine (LRE) is proposed. At first the qualitative bond-graph model for LRE is constructed, then the diagnosis mechanism based on the model is formulated, at last the diagnosis results are verified correctly by the simulated data and the analysis of the results is presented. The study demonstrates that the proposed method can identify the faults quickly and effectively, and is easily realized.
