摘要
针对有色冶炼含砷废渣废水中共存的多种金属阳离子对菱铁矿-臭葱石法处理有色冶炼含砷废水影响的问题,通过改变铜、锌和镉离子的初始浓度,考察了其对各元素固液相再分配及臭葱石转化过程的影响。结果表明,金属阳离子(Cu、Zn和Cd)的存在会导致臭葱石的形貌从双锥形转变为花瓣形,但未对砷的去除率和稳定性产生影响,去除率皆可达到99%,固相产物也符合EPA的监管限值。此外,随着共存金属阳离子浓度的升高,铜、锌和镉的去除率皆逐渐下降,但去除率始终表现为Cu>Zn>Cd。该研究可为有色冶炼含砷废渣废水的高效处理提供有力的技术支撑。
In view of the influence of various metal cations coexisting in the wastewater containing arsenic from non-ferrous smelting on the treatment of the wastewater containing arsenic from non-ferrous smelting by siderite-scallion process,the initial concentrations of copper,zinc and cadmium ions were changed,the effects of the mixture on the solid-liquid phase redistribution and the transformation of leuconite were investigated.The results show that the presence of metal cations(Cu,Zn and Cd)can lead to the change of the shape of scallion from biconical to petal,but it has no effect on the removal rate and stability of arsenic,and the removal rate can reach 99%,solid-phase products also meet EPA regulatory limits.In addition,with the increasing of coexisting metal cations,the removal efficiency of Cu,Zn and Cd decreases gradually,but the removal efficiency always shows Cu>Zn>Cd.This study can provide a strong technical support for the efficient treatment of arsenic-containing wastewater from non-ferrous smelting slag.
