摘要
针对传统制药工程专业应用型人才培养存在的学生工程实践和创新能力不足等问题,湖州师范学院构建并实践了“协同-联动-融合”培养模式。经过多年的探索与实践,该培养模式明显提升了学生的自主学习能力、工程实践能力及创新能力,人才培养质量显著提高,教师队伍的专业水平明显提升,促进了专业和学科建设的发展。
To address issues such as insufficient engineering practice and innovation abilities among students in traditional pharmaceutical engineering programs,Huzhou University has developed and implemented a“collaboration-linkage-integration”training model.After years of exploration and practice,this model has significantly enhanced students'independent learning abilities,engineering practice skills,and innovative capacities.The quality of talent cultivation has improved markedly,the professional development of the teaching faculty has advanced,and the model has fostered the growth of both the program and related disciplines.
