摘要
为充分研究预喷/后喷对发动机性能的影响,基于某船用大功率柴油单缸机台架进行了大范围的预喷/后喷间隔角和油量的试验设计(DOE),分析不同喷射模式、不同喷射间隔和油量对经济性和燃烧噪声的影响。结果表明,预喷能够显著改善燃烧噪声,并能够轻微改善发动机经济性,且低功率比高功率区域改善效果更明显,推进特性25%、 50%和75%工况点燃烧噪声能降低4~5dB (A),但100%工况点只能降低1 d B (A);而后喷比预喷对经济性的优化效果更佳,在高低功率区域都能够获得较为理想的油耗烟度降低,油耗率最大降低3.6 g/(kW·h),最小降低1.8 g/(kW·h),分别发生在推进特性50%和100%工况点,推进特性初始烟度在0.15~0.25FSN之间能分别降低约0.05~0.1FSN;同时发现最佳预喷/后喷间隔角和油量相对较固定,可适用到其他运行工况。
In order to fully study the effect of pre-injection and post-injection on engine performance,the DOE testing was done in terms of wide range injection interval angle and fuel quantity of pre-injection and post-injection on a marine high power Diesel single cylinder engine.The economy and combustion noise effect of different injection mode,injection interval angle and fuel quantity were analyzed.The results show that the pre-injection can significantly reduce the combustion noise and slightly opti-mize the engine economy.Abd the improvement effect is more obvious in the low power area than high power area.The combustion noise could be reduced by 4~5dB(A)at 25%,50%and 75%at marine propeller characteristics points,but only 1 dB(A)decrease could be achieved at 100%point.Compared to pre-injection,post-injection shows a better economy optimization.Good fuel con-sumption and smoke reduction can be achieved in both high and low power regions.The maximum reduction of fuel consumption is 3.6g/(kW·h),and the minimum reduction is 1.8g/(kW·h),respectively at 50%and 100%points.The initial smoke of propulsion characteristics can be reduced by about 0.05~0.1FSN from 0.15~0.25FSN.At the same time,it is found that the best pre-injection and post-injection interval angle and fuel quantity are relatively fixed,which can be applied to other running points.
