基于骨料针片状含量控制的生产线优化实践

摘要 广西某建材公司的碎石产品中针、片状含量长期偏高,配置混凝土时对应用性能影响较大。为应对周边地区产能释放压力,提高产业调整时期的市场竞争力,需结合现有生产线优化产品粒形。对比分析发现,通过调整筛孔尺寸,增加进入反击式破碎机的石灰石物料量,生产的砂石成品在配制混凝土时不仅具有较好的力学性能,而且流动松软“,帽子”平缓,和易性好,工作性能提升明显。 The content of elongated or flaky particle in the crushed stone of a building material company in Guangxi was high for a long time,and the application performance of concrete was greatly affected.In order to cope with the pressure of production capacity release in the surrounding areas and improve the market competitiveness in the period of industrial ad-justment,it is necessary to optimize the product particle shape combined with the existing production line.The comparative analysis found that by adjusting the size of the sieve mesh and increasing the amount of limestone material entering the im-pact crusher,the crushed stone and manufactured sand not only have good mechanical properties when preparing concrete,but alsohave soft flow,gentle“cap”,good workability,and obvious improvement in working performance.
