摘要
湿法锂电池聚乙烯隔膜生产过程中存在白油残留的问题,目前除油工艺主要以二氯甲烷作为萃取剂,但二氯甲烷具有强烈的气味和毒性。针对该问题,研发了一款新型离子液体萃取剂,能够有效替代二氯甲烷去除白油。基于离子液体萃取剂,采用高效喷淋原理,结合离心分离机、反渗透机和短程蒸馏设备等工艺进行设计研究。构建了一条集新型萃取装置、分离装置和回收装置于一体的生产线。该生产线优化了工艺流程,减少了40%~50%的萃取剂使用量,实现了离子液体、白油和水全循环利用,且三废排放量几乎为零。
There is a problem of residual white oil in the production process of polyethylene separators for wet lithium batteries.The current oil removal process mainly uses dichloromethane as an extractant,but dichloromethane has a strong odor and toxicity.A new type of ionic liquid extractant was developed to address this issue,which could effectively replace dichloromethane in removing white oil.Based on ionic liquid extractants,the high-efficiency spray principle was adopted,combined with processes such as centrifugal separators,reverse osmosis machines,and short-range distillation equipment for design and research.A production line integrating a new extraction device,separation device,and recovery device was constructed.The production line has optimized the process flow,reduced the use of extractants by 40%to 50%,achieved full recycling of ionic liquids,white oil,and water,and almost zero emissions of the three wastes.
