摘要
为了解韩国公共图书馆老年服务状况,通过网络调查进行信息收集工作。对收集到的信息从服务制度、信息资源、设施与设备、人力资源、服务项目5个方面进行分析,并指出韩国公共图书馆老年服务工作对我国的启示:优化我国图书馆法律体系;保障公共图书馆老年服务人力资源;提供面向老年人的公共图书馆分龄分众细化服务。
This paper collects information related to the status quo of public library services for older adults in South Korea from web sources,and then analyzes the collected information from five aspects:service system,infor⁃mation resources,facilities and equipment,human resources,service programs.The implications of the study on public library services for older adults in South Korea to China are mainly reflected in three as⁃pects:optimizing library law system;guaranteeing human resources for older adults services in public li⁃braries;providing age and group segmentation services for older adults in public libraries.
