摘要
在新《档案法》背景下,提升档案服务水平是保障档案高质量发展的前提。结合新《档案法》中与档案服务相关的条款,采取文献调研、网络调查两种调查方式,从档案服务提供者(档案机构)和档案服务对象(用户)两个角度,综合研究国内档案服务的现状和存在的问题,构建档案服务研究框架,并基于该框架从档案意识、服务质量和信息反馈三个维度提出相应对策。
In the context of the new Archives Law,improving the level of archival services is a prerequisite for ensuring the high-quality development of archives.Combined with the provisions related to archival services in the new Archives Law,this paper adopt two kinds of survey methods,namely literature research and network survey,comprehensively study the current situation and problems of domestic archival services from the perspectives of archival service providers(archival institutions)and archival service recipients(users),construct a research framework for archival services,and propose corresponding countermeasures based on the framework in three dimensions of archival awareness,service quality and information feedback.
