摘要
孝感首衡城自2023年建成开业以来,在供应链市场、产业链延伸、服务配套三大板块发展势头迅猛、成效显著,受到社会各界关注。目前,首横城在产城一体化建设、政策支持和人才吸引三方面还存在短板。推动孝感首横城高质量发展,必须加快产城融合发展,加大政策支持力度,实施人才内培外引工程。
Since its opening in 2023,Xiaogan Shouheng City has exhibited rapid development momentum and achieved remarkable results in three major sectors:the supply chain market,the industrial chain extension and the service and supporting facilities.At present Xiaogan Shouheng City has notable shortcomings in the integration of industry and city development,policy support and talent attraction during its development process.Hence it is a must to accelerate the integration of industry and city development,strengthen policy support and employ the policy of internal training and external recruitment of talents.
