数学学科拔尖人才培养模式探索

摘要 武汉大学数学学科拔尖人才培养根基深厚,数学与统计学院拔尖育人培养模式取得了显著的成效,并在国内外学界取得了一致好评。为了确保人才培养质量不断提升,武汉大学结合拔尖人才培养沉淀的丰富经验,不断创新拔尖人才培养模式,加强实践能力培养,不断完善教育教学质量保障体系,以政策保障为基础,加大经费投入,优化师资配置,加强过程监管,持续探索数学学科拔尖人才培养模式和培育方法。 Wuhan University has a solid foundation in cultivating top-notch talents in mathematics.Through historical accumulation,the college has achieved significant results in multiple top-notch education models,which have received unanimous praise from the academic community both domestically and internationally.In order to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of talent cultivation,universities need to combine the rich experience accumulated from the cultivation of top-notch talents,continuously innovate the training mode of top-notch talents,strengthen the cultivation of practical abilities,continuously improve the quality assurance system of education and teaching,based on policy guarantees,increase funding investment,optimize teacher allocation,strengthen process supervision,and continue to explore the training mode and methods of top-notch talents in mathematics.
