摘要
目的 探讨在新生儿心律失常诊断中应用动态心电图的临床作用。方法 选取2020年8月—2023年8月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院特检科收治的60例疑似心律失常的新生儿为研究对象,均给予常规心电图、动态心电图检查,以临床综合诊断为诊断金标准,比较两种检查方式的诊断效能。结果 动态心电图诊断新生儿心律失常的灵敏度为98.31%(58/59)、准确度为98.33%(59/60),均高于常规心电图诊断的84.75%(50/59)、85.00%(51/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.993、6.982,P均<0.05)。两种检查方式的特异度相同。结论 在新生儿心律失常诊断中应用动态心电图,能够获取良好诊断效果,为临床诊断提供可靠依据。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of neonatal arrhythmia.Methods From August 2020 to August 2023,60 neonates with suspected arrhythmia admitted to the Department of Special Inspection of Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.All of them were given routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram examination.The clinical comprehensive diagnosis as the diagnosis gold standard,and the diagnostic efficacy of the two examination methods was compared.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of neonatal arrhythmia were 98.31%(58/59) and 98.33%(59/60),which were higher than 84.75%(50/59) and 85.00%(51/60) of conventional electrocardiogram,and the differences were statistically significant(χ~2=6.993,6.982,both P<0.05).The specificity of the two tests was the same.Conclusion The application of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of neonatal arrhythmia can obtain good diagnostic results and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
