摘要
研究国土空间规划背景下海绵城市的建设方法,在阐述国土空间规划内涵的基础上,从规划理念融合、规划体系构建、规划指标与管控3方面,分析了国土空间规划对海绵城市建设的指导作用,同时,强调了倡导生态优先保护原则、雨水控制与利用、多规合一与协同治理、区分空间用地的措施。
This paper studies the construction methods of sponge city under the background of national spatial planning,and on the basis of expounding the connotation of territorial spatial planning,this paper analyzes the guiding role of territorial spatial planning in sponge city construction from three aspects:integration of planning concepts,construction of planning system,planning indicators and control.It emphasizes the measures of advocating the principle of ecological priority protection,rainwater control and utilization,multi-planning integration and collaborative management,and distinguishing space and land use.
