摘要
为了保证智慧国土空间规划的合理性、科学性,充分发挥国土空间规划的作用和价值,文章以智慧国土空间规划的概念为切入点,分析智慧国土空间规划的思路以及方法,提出智慧国土规划的一体化构建设想,并对此整体框架,技术要求、制度化编制和实施进行了分析。
In order to ensure the rationality and scientificity of intelligent territorial space planning and give full play to the role and value of territorial space planning, the article takes the concept of intelligent territorial space planning as the entry point, analyzes the ideas and methods of intelligent territorial space planning, puts forward the idea of the integrated construction of smart land planning, and analyzes the overall framework, technical requirements, institutionalization and implementation.
