家校社协同育人“教联体”建设的四维向度 被引量:16

摘要 家校社协同育人“教联体”建设理念的提出标志着我国对家校社协同育人机制重要性认识达到新的高度。这一理念蕴含着深刻的理论逻辑、价值逻辑、现实逻辑和实践逻辑。从理论逻辑看,生成于马克思主义人民自治思想、西方“治理理论”以及我国“多元共治”的思想理念;从价值逻辑看,坚守于筑牢家校社协同育人联合体的制度基础、促进学校秩序与办学活力关系的再平衡、满足人们不断增长的美好教育生活需要;从现实逻辑看,生发于化解家庭及社会参与度不高的现实困局、破解家校社协同困境与信息孤岛的难题、解决家校社协同育人制度建设滞后问题;从实践逻辑看,致力于厘清家校社在协同育人中的权责义务、建立家校社之间的信任链及构建网络化家校社协同育人工作模式。 Constructing the concept of the"Teaching Consortium"among families,schools and society indicates that China's recognition of the importance of the collaborative education mechanism has reached a new level.This concept embodies profound theoretical logic,value logic,realistic logic and practical logic.From the perspective of theoretical logic,it is generated from Marxist thoughts on people's self-governance,Western"governance theory"and the idea of"multi-party-co-governance"in China.From the perspective of value logic,it adheres to consolidating the institutional foundation of the collaborative education consortium among families,schools and society,promoting a rebalancing relationship between school order and educational vitality,and satisfying people's ever-growing demands for a better educational life.From the perspective of realistic logic,it originates from resolving the realistic predicament of low participation from families and society,cracking the diffculties of collaborative predicament and information isolation among families,schools and society,and solving the problem of lagging in the construction of the collaborative education system among families,schools and society.From the perspective of practical logic,it is dedicated to clarifying the rights,responsibilities and obligations of families,schools and society in collaborative education,establishing a trust chain among families,schools and society,and constructing a networked collaborative education working mode among families,schools and society.
